How do we tear down the broken and build up the good, the new?

My vision for life/mission and my thoughts on purpose in creating.

My notebook entry. A fiery manifesto on what engineering ought to be. "How do we tear down the broken and build up the good, the new? What are my gifts (our gifts) that can be employed to do so? The build the Kingdom? Start with why. Find the root cause of “the broken” and use gifts to rebuild. A lack of ____, injustice from positions of power, ignorance, lack of opportunity, lack of exposure."

If we can’t change the beliefs of people in order to elect better leaders, we must become those better leaders.

Increase confidence of young creatives through STEM and into engineering. Teach and practice justice focused/justice-forward engineering and community-focused engineering. Expose engineering at a young age and combine it with confidence-building in the form of co-creation, education (and funding of engineering education) and finally sustained employment (break down negative cycles)..

Inclusive Innovation. Create industries that employ, inspire, and bridge creators who are experiencing injustice. Engineering/Tech companies form coalitions of leaders to employ, inspire, and bridge young people to (do whatever the fuck anyone else who has the privilege of doing anyway).

End cycles that shouldn’t have existed from the beginning. Fight to build what should’ve been built from day 1!
