Electrolysis Fuel Cell for Internal Combustion Engines (2015 – 2016)

Designed a simple electrolysis fuel cell to illustrate the principle of hydrogen production and its possible implementation in internal combustion applications.

Designed a simple electrolysis fuel cell to illustrate the principle of hydrogen production and its possible implementation in internal combustion applications. Two cells. On/off button. Pipes. Hooked up to power supply.

Though a high school project, I learned the important skill of research and development, as well as spark my passion with combustion engines, mechanical engineering and innovative design.

I earned 1st Place at the Brevard County District Science and Engineering Fair and Honorable Mention at the State Science and Engineering Fair
