Electrolysis unit. A clever gas capture system - an inverted syringe filled with water. In a given period of time, I would measure the water volume displaced, which was equal to the amount of total gas achieved. With stoichiometry, the amount of hydrogen gas was found.

Though a high school project, I learned the important skill of research and development, as well as spark my passion with combustion engines, mechanical engineering and innovative design.
