The Cost of Lies, Recalibration of Truths, Stories We Hear and Tell, Propaganda
How do we calibrate our lives and heads if all we hear are stories. If all we hear are lies, or stories, then how do we ever know the truth? Will we ever KNOW Truth? We humans can never know truth if we become calibrated to what is not true. The real danger of lies is not that they will be mistaken for truth, but that repeated exposure to falsehoods can make people unable to recognize the truth at all. And when we are unaware of what is true and what is not, we are easily influenced. The propaganda our government is producing is working to calibrate a people towards a new versions of truth. That is a dangerous thing.
